Our investment banking teams provide advice and services to help organisations with mergers and acquisitions, financing and other transactions. Our ambition is to be the leading trusted advisor and banker to our clients, which currently include corporates, financial institutions, boards of directors and special committees. Our Investment Banking Division is Sarpong Capital’s primary client interface operating through two key groups: Advisory Group and Financing Group.

Advisory

Our Firm provides advice on a full range of transactions, including mergers, sales, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, raid and activism defences, spin-offs, divestitures, special committee and board assignments and other restructurings.

Our clients include businesses, private investors, government agencies, private individuals and families.

Our bankers provide mergers and acquisitions advice and services to our clients on some of their most important strategic decisions and transactions

Restructuring

Our bankers offers end-to-end financial restructuring advice to distressed companies and their stakeholders helping management to regain control, manage crisis, maximise return to creditors and limit exposure to risk and bad debt. We also work with healthy businesses by reviewing and advising on value enhancing activities.
