Justice has extensive experience in finance, banking, management and credit delivery at executive management level spanning 19 years. He is presently the country manager for Gemcorp Commodities Trading an independent commodity merchandising and investment company, focussing on creating value and capturing and capitalising on opportunities in the physical commodities markets.
Justice has previously been the Managing Director of CFC Savings & Loans Limited, General Manager in charge of Corporate & Institutional Banking at Merchant Bank (now Universal Merchant Bank), Agricultural Development Bank and Leasafric Ghana Limited.
Justice holds a BA (Hons) in Economics & Statistics, an MPhil. in Economics, and an MBA in Financial Management from the University of Ghana, University of Oslo, and University of Exeter respectively.

Steve is a Treasury Management expert with over 25 years’ experience in the Financial Services Sector in Ghana, Middle East, Africa and Europe 15 years of which was spent in African markets.
Steve is a specialist in Foreign Exchange Markets and Foreign Exchange Risk Management across Middle Africa Markets, Asset Liability, Liquidity Management and Turnaround of Financial Institutions across Africa, Balance Sheet Advisory and Fixed Income Trading. Steve has previously held roles at Fidelity Bank as Director (Treasury), Ecobank Transnational Inc (ETI) as Treasurer, Standard Chartered Bank Africa Director (Fixed Income Trading), Standard Chartered Bank Zimbabwe as Treasurer and Co-Head of Wholesale Banking, Standard Chartered Bank Ghana as Executive Director Treasury and Co-Head of Wholesale Banking, and Ashanti Goldfields as Head of Treasury. Steve has been a member of the Presidential Task Force appointed to set up the Ghana Exim Bank; a chairman of the Investment Advisory committee of the Petroleum Management Fund and a member of the FX Loss Committee and Petroleum Pricing, Ghana.
He is currently the faculty head for treasury management at the National Banking College and Managing Partner of the Treasury Warehouse, a leading treasury risk management advisory firm.
Steve holds an MBA in Finance and Banking from the University of Ghana and a BSc (Hons) Chemical Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
As an advisory board member, Steve provides treasury management, treasury technology, financial risk management strategy and regulatory engagement experience to Sarpong Capital.

Victor has rich banking experience spanning over 20 years. He is currently the Managing Director of FBN Ghana and has previously held roles as Head of Corporate and Institutional Banking with oversight responsibility for Commercial Banking Business at First National Bank Ghana, a subsidiary of the First Rand Group of South Africa.
Victor has also worked with the Standard Chartered Bank Group, serving variously as the bank’s Managing Director and Head of Corporate and Institutional Clients at its Botswana subsidiary, and as Managing Director and Regional Head of Transaction Banking – based in Ghana with additional responsibilities over other West African countries including Cameroun, Cote d’Ivoire, Gambia and Sierra Leone. Victor has had stints with Merchant Bank (now Universal Merchant Bank) and Unilever Ghana Limited, both of which gave him a hands-on experience with strategic knowledge in banking and in business generally.
Victor holds an MBA from the University of Ghana Business School, and a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Agricultural Economics from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) UK who has been trained at very notable organisations and attendedprogrammes like the Rand Merchant Bank Lead Programme and INSEAD Singapore, among others.

Yaw is the founder of NYKS Group, which has diverse subsidiaries. Within the group, Yaw is CEO of SA Energy, a Bulk Distribution Company, Chairman of the board of directors of Unicorn Petroleum, an Oil Marketing Company, Chairman of Paradise Havens Estate, and a Director at Ladybird Logistics.
His experience spans 16 years in the Oil and Gas sector. He has previously held roles at Fueltrade Ghana as Chief Finance Officer and Head of Investments, at Bulk Oil Storage & Transportation Company (BOST) as Chief Finance Officer. He is a founding member and director of the Chamber of Bulk Oil Distributors (CBOD) and Legacy Bonds. Before the Oil and Gas sector, Yaw was a Tax and Legal Consultant at Ernst & Young Ghana.
Yaw has a background in Accounting, Finance and Taxation, having earned a BSc in Accounting from the University of Ghana Business School and a Masters in International Economic Law (LLM) from the University of Warwick. Yaw is a qualified Chartered Accountant and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Yaw also holds certificates in “Negotiations and Competitive decision- making” and “Influence and Negotiation strategies” from the Harvard Business School and Stanford University, respectively.
