New Analyst Programme
As a new analyst, you will learn about our businesses, develop important relationships, and build career-enhancing skills. This program is open to final year undergraduate and graduate level students from any field of study, and is ideally suited to those with little or no work experience. While your discipline or major is not important, we’re looking for students with an outstanding record of academic achievement and an interest in the financial markets.
New Associate Programme
As a new associate, you will develop product-specific and function-specific skills and interact closely with senior professionals and clients. This program is open to final year students working toward an advanced degree such as an MBA, MSc, or LLM. Our new associates typically have two to five years of work experience. While your discipline or major are not important, we do expect a level of knowledge of the industry and the products and services we offer. We look for people who are interested in the financial markets, business and how organizations work. You should be able to demonstrate a track record of success, innovation and creativity in your prior work experience.
